Study Structure

CANUCK study has 1 main study and 3 optional substudies

Main Study

• Assessments for respiratory symptoms, exacerbation-like respiratory events and healthcare utilization

• Blood sample collection (3 table spoons)

• Pulmonary function testing

• These procedures will take place once a year for 3 years

Optional CT Substudy

• CT assessments of the lungs in the beginning and at the end of the study

Optional MRI Substudy

• MRI assessments of the lungs in the beginning and at the end of the study

​

Optional Bronchoscopy Substudy

• Bronchoscopy assessments of the lungs in the beginning and at the end of the study
